Why hours matter
A 3-bedroom Airbnb commonly requires 40–80+ hours between planning, sourcing, ordering, troubleshooting deliveries, styling, and final setup. Flat-rate "cheap" services often undercount this — and the results show in occupancy numbers.
Furnishings are separate
Design fees cover professional time and expertise. Furniture, fixtures, and accessories are budgeted separately and vary based on property size, market tier, and owner preference.
Out-of-market projects
Projects outside the Salt Lake area, Seattle, and Boise metros are welcome — additional travel fees apply and are quoted upfront during your initial consultation. No costs are added after scope is agreed upon.
